Using JuzePay means you agree to these terms as well as any order form that references them. Merchant or buyer admins are responsible for complying with local regulations and ensuring their users do the same.

2. Services
JuzePay provides prepaid wallet management, merchant settlement tools, ACH orchestration, loyalty tracking, and reporting. We may update features periodically without materially reducing core functionality.
3. Fees
Merchants pay applicable fees agreed in writing. Buyers never pay service fees to JuzePay. Taxes, interchange, or third-party bank charges are the responsibility of each party unless otherwise specified.
4. Data & Privacy
We store data in SOC 2 compliant facilities. Payment credentials are tokenized, and access is role-based. Review our Privacy Policy for details on data processing and retention.
5. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend access immediately if you breach the agreement, violate laws, or compromise security.
