Customer Agreement

Scope of services

Hosted digital wallet for buyers to load funds and pay participating merchants.
Loyalty accrual, redemptions, and buyer rewards tracking.
Bank connectivity via Plaid for account verification; ACH orchestration and payouts via Straddle.
Notifications via SMS/email for security, verification, and receipts.

You must provide accurate contact details and pass phone verification before using the wallet.
Identity, fraud, and compliance checks may be performed by Straddle; bank account ownership may be verified by Plaid.
We do not store your bank credentials; Plaid tokens are used to authorize bank access.

Wallet loads are initiated via linked bank accounts; settlement timing follows ACH clearing rules.
We may impose limits on wallet loads, payment amounts, or transaction velocity to manage fraud risk.
Refunds or reversals follow merchant policies and ACH rules; funds may be held if required for risk or compliance.

We minimize data and do not retain personally identifiable data beyond what is strictly necessary for fraud checks and required records.
Bank account data flows through Plaid; ACH/payment events flow through Straddle; both are subject to their own privacy and security controls.
Security events and device/usage signals are logged to detect fraud; see Privacy Policy for retention and user controls.

Keep your credentials secure; enable device security features where available.
Do not use JuzePay for unlawful activity, money laundering, or prohibited goods/services.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal requirements.

Contact support for transaction questions or charge issues; we will coordinate with the merchant and bank partners as applicable.
Disputes related to ACH follow NACHA rules; card disputes (if applicable) follow card network rules.
We aim to resolve support cases promptly; unresolved issues may be escalated per applicable law.

We may update this Customer Agreement to reflect product or regulatory changes.
Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
